Dr. Phillips real estate saw its first drop in the number of houses sold for 2014 in the month of May. There were 44 single family homes sold in April 2014 and that number dropped down to 37 in May.

The average sale price for a home in Dr. Phillips was $473,754 with an average days on the market of 66 days. Sellers received an average of 96% of their asking price in the month of May.
The overall condition of Dr. Phillips real estate is stable. As the summer selling season heats up, the market should stabilize further as more families in Dr. Phillips put their homes on the market.
