The Orchilles Realty Group helps foreign investor sell Lexington Place Condo near Sea World

The Orchilles Realty Group has successfully helped a foreign investor sell his condo in the Lexington Place Condominium near Sear World and the Orlando neighborhood of Dr. Phillips.
The seller bought the unit in 2011 as a bank owned property. When he decided to sell, he hired the Orchilles Realty Group, a team of real estate professionals working in partnership with Keller Williams Classic Realty in Dr. Phillips. The condo was listed on May 11th, 2014 and received a contract 30 days later. Since the transaction was an all cash deal, closing took place a couple of weeks later. Almost every condo unit in Lexington Place is bought in an all cash transaction.
The Lexington Place condo unit that was sold by the Orchilles Realty Group was a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit with a balcony. Its proximity to the recreation area made it a very sought after property. The final sale price was $105,000 and it was on the market for a total of 47 days.
Francisco Orchilles of the Orchilles Realty Group says, “Condominiums offer families a good opportunity to own property without some of the maintenance requirements of single family homes. Many investors bought condo units in 2011, 2012, and 2013 and have since slowed their purchases, leaving many of the recent condo sales to owner occupants.”
The Orchilles Realty Group is a team of Realtors that work with Keller Williams Classic Realty in Dr. Phillips. Francisco Orchilles, the team’s founding member, has successfully closed over $6 million in real estate sales since he joined Keller Williams Classic Realty in April 2012. In 2013, he formed the Orchilles Realty Group in order to provide his clients with the excellent service they had come to expect.
