First time home buyers close on their Apopka home with the help of the Orchilles Realty Group

The Orchilles Realty Group helps first time home buyers complete the purchasing process on a Bank of America short sale in Apopka, FL.

The new home owners were finally ready to purchase their first home and hired the Orchilles Realty Group to help. After a few months of searching, they decided that Apopka was their ideal location and focused their search in the area. When the Bank of America short sale became available, the first time home buyers emailed Francisco Orchilles, their agent, and asked to see the home. Although the home needed some work, the buyers decided it was the perfect house to start their lives in.

The Emerson Park short sale had just come back on the market. Bank of America had approved a price of $180,000 during the short sale process. Although the short sale process can be lengthy and tedious, the buyers were willing to stick it out in order to get a great deal on their first home. After 3 months of waiting, they finally received good news in the form of a short sale approval letter from Bank of America.
The Apopka home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located in the neighborhood Emerson Park, a new community that is currently being developed in south Apopka. Centex homes was the original builder in the development and Lennar can be found finishing the community. The final sale price of the transaction was $180,000.

The Orchilles Realty Group is a team of Realtors that work in partnership with Keller Williams Classic Realty in Dr. Phillips.
